Tampa Luxe
CTO work for a luxury experiences and transportation brand: website, CRM architecture, lead routing, booking systems, and connected operations.
The situation.
A luxury transportation and experiences brand needs to present a premium front end while running a disciplined back end. High-value inquiries cannot sit in an inbox. They need to route, qualify, and book fast.
What was missing.
The opportunity is connecting the website, the CRM, the calendar, and the booking system so a high-intent inquiry moves from form submission to qualified booking without a manual delay. Luxury buyers expect speed and polish, not follow-up forms.
The system.
Website architecture, CRM record and pipeline design, lead routing and territory logic, booking system integration, and the reporting layer that ties it back to source. The full system a customer moves through from first visit to confirmed booking.
The flow.
Inquiries from ads, forms, and direct visits become CRM records, get tagged and qualified, route into the correct pipeline, move through email and calendar booking, and feed into attribution and reporting.

What I did.
CTO. I owned the technology decisions and the system architecture end to end, from the website through the CRM, booking, and reporting.
Results.
The takeaway.
In a luxury category, the speed and quality of the first response sets the tone for the entire relationship. The system has to be faster and more polished than the customer expects.
