I'm a builder.

I'm most useful at the point where technology, marketing, and operations meet, because that's where most businesses lose the thread.

My name is Jacob Martin. I have Native Alaskan and Iñupiaq roots connected to Point Hope, Alaska.

I started in sales and insurance, which is where I learned the thing that still shapes how I build: systems fail at the human handoff. Not in the software. In the moment where a person is supposed to do something and doesn't.

Then I spent about two years traveling across the United States, working different jobs in different places. It was not a strategy. It did teach me how many kinds of businesses there are, how similar their problems are underneath, and how much of what holds them back is just work nobody has gotten around to doing.

Eventually I started building instead. I founded NovaEdge Solutions and started building customer-acquisition and operations systems for other companies. Since then I have supported more than 100 businesses [CONFIRM: date range] across local services, technology companies, startups, luxury brands, consumer products, real estate, home services, hospitality, and e-commerce.

What I'm actually good at is seeing how separate technologies connect into something whole. Most people specialize in one layer. I can hold the whole stack at once: where the demand comes from, what happens to it, who touches it, what it costs, and what it produced. That's not a common combination, and it's the reason I get called in.

I'm driven by faith, family, impact, and curiosity. I want to build things that meaningfully help people and the businesses they've put their lives into.

I'm open to the right full-time role, fractional and consulting work, technical partnerships, and advisory positions. The common thread is that I'm most valuable where the job is to build the system rather than to operate one that already exists.
